Customer

  • Do I have to register in order for me to purchase an order?

No, you can choose to proceed with payment without registering but for returning customer, we do recommend you to register for fast checkout without the need to fill in the billing and shipping details as it has been saved for future purchase.

 

  • I forgot my password for my account. How do i reset?

If your forgot your password, kindly click the Lost your password? and key in your username or email. Reset email will be send to your email address.

 

  • Do I have to choose reseller to purchase an order?

Yes, it is mandatory to choose reseller in order to proceed with purchasing the product.

 

  • What are the payment methods available?

Currently we are using Paypal as payment gateway for secure and trusted transaction. You can also use debit or credit card as an option at Paypal log in page if you do not have a Paypal account.

 

  • How long does it takes for my order to be processed?

It takes 5-7 working days for your order to be processed.

 

  • The country that i reside is not in the list of available country. Can i shop using any country?

We are truly sorry. Currently, we do not do cross-border shipping. Each individual country only deliver locally.

 

  • Is there any possibility of delayed order?

There may be possible inconvenient delay during peak season, great sale and also custom clearance which we are unable to avoid or prevented as it is beyond our control.

 

  • If there is any enquiry need to be attended urgently, who do I contact?

You can contact us through whatsapp at +6594874791 or email us at admin@scbeautynetwork.com. Operating hours will be from 10am to 4pm from Monday to Thursday. We are not operating on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.

 

  • How long does it take for me to get back my refund?

It will take 2 to 3 working days for us to process the refund. We will notify you via email and also you will receive an email from Paypal upon successful refund.

 

 

Reseller

  • Is there any subscription fee for reseller program?

No. The reseller program is now free with effect from January 2018.

 

  • How do i sign up to become a reseller?

To sign up, kindly click Become a Reseller at home page. Then, scroll down until you find Sign up for free. Click the button and fill in your credentials. Once completed, click on Submit and you will receive a welcome email from us.

 

  • How do i log in to my reseller account?

To log in to your reseller account, kindly log in from Back Office.

 

  • I forgot my password for my reseller account. How do i reset?

If your forgot your password, kindly click the Forgot your password? And key in your email. Reset email will be send to your email address.

 

  • I do not receive any reset email.

You may try to look for your reset email in your spam folder instead if it is not in your inbox.

 

  • I’m interested in becoming your reseller. Can i know the list of country available?

  •  For example, I sign up as Singapore reseller and i have a sale from customer oversea. Can the customer order be delivered to the oversea country?

Currently, we do not do cross-border shipping. Each individual country only deliver locally.

 

  • How do I know if the product is out of stock?

Product which is out of stock will not be available in our website but there will be some rare cases where our supplier overlooked out of stock product and you will be notified by us via email.

 

  • Do reseller get wholesale prices from SC if one chooses to purchase in bulk? I understand that current pricing policy is that reseller get 10% discount off retail prices only.

No, reseller do not get wholesale price. Reseller get 10% discount based on the commission they earn from their own purchases. For example, as a reseller and also a customer, you will get 10% discount when we reimburse the 10% through your commission.

 

  • Any future possibility for including more brands/products from Japan/Korea/Taiwan?

If there are potential suppliers that sell Japan/Korea/Taiwan product, yes we will include in our inventory.

We shall not be held liable to and shall not accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any consequences. You can pay with your debit or credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account as an option at Paypal log in page.
